Non-Executive Director and Chair
Anna Ross is a partner of National law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
Specialising in commercial dispute resolution, inquiries and investigations, Anna has consulted to many of Australia’s largest companies, in addition to the Commonwealth and NSW governments.
Active in community work, Anna has provided pro-bono services on behalf of Corrs for over 10 years.
Non-Executive Director and Treasurer
Vicki is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Prior to becoming a Non-Executive Director, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Lendi. Lendi is Australia’s first home loan platform using advanced tech to simplify home loans. Prior to joining Lendi, Vicki held senior finance roles at Challenger Limited, QBE, Deutsche Bank and UBS.
Outside her executive life, Vicki is a Director and Treasurer of the charity Dress for Success Sydney. She is also involved with Barnardos which has given her a personal insight into how domestic violence can impact families.
Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary
Suzanne has extensive experience in the financial services, property and listed company sector, spanning a number of areas including Capital Markets, Treasury, Strategy, Investor Relations and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Suzanne currently works for Colonial First State Global Asset Management with responsibility for Treasury, Strategy and Investor Relations. She has previously worked for Cover-More, Lendlease, Challenger Limited and Westpac Banking Corporation.
Suzanne holds a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Suzanne now lives in Sydney and is an enthusiastic sailor.

Moo Baulch is CEO at Domestic Violence NSW. She has worked in domestic and family violence policy and the NGO sector in Australia, Europe and South East Asia for two decades.
Moo is passionate about working in partnership to develop a deeper, more nuanced way of understanding the causes of domestic and family violence in NSW communities.
She sits on a number of committees and advisory groups and works with government and NGOs to promote gender and cultural safety through good practice in policy and service delivery.
